The Sales Agent sells with your price list and your CRM. The Near-Human adds autonomy, long memory and your brand's tone, and acts outside the chat: in your calendar and, with optional integrations, in your ERP and the tools you connect.
Not a ballpark price: it builds the quote with your templates, your payment terms and a validity date, ready for the customer to accept.
Sales Agent: list price onlyIt checks real availability, records the order and leaves the invoice ready in the system you already use. No more "I'll confirm tomorrow". Optional integration: purchased separately.
Sales Agent: CRM onlyIt books in your calendar, updates your CRM and uses the integrations you connect, several at once and in the same conversation.
Sales Agent: calendar and CRMEverything the Sales Agent already does —qualifying, handling objections, following up— is included. This level adds what happens after the "yes".
It does not stop at "I'll send you the price". It goes all the way to the recorded order, and knows when to stop and ask you.
Rules are written the way you would explain them to a new employee. There is nothing technical to configure, and anything with money at stake always has a person behind it.
It sends quotes of up to €5,000 itself. Above that, someone on the team confirms them.
A person confirmsIt can reserve up to 100 units of stock per order. More than that, it asks me.
A person confirmsIt can book meetings in my calendar Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm.
Does it on its ownIt records orders from customers whose account is up to date.
Does it on its ownIt never changes a payment term or applies a discount that is not on the list.
NeverWhile you decide, the customer already knows someone is confirming it. Once you approve, the agent carries on by itself.
Confirmation rules cannot be switched off completely: you can move the threshold, not remove the safety net.
A quote nobody looks at again is a lost sale. This level chases it with the rules you set, and stops on its own.
It writes again at the intervals you define —"after 2 days, then after 5"— up to the maximum number of attempts you set. It never insists indefinitely.
Each attempt starts from the real conversation: the quote, the model, the delivery date. It does not ask again what it already knows.
The sequence stops on its own. After a reply, not a single extra message goes out.
It picks up again with a Meta-approved template, never with free text. And anyone who has unsubscribed receives nothing, no exceptions.
Follow-up after 24 hours uses templates, and that comes with rules and a cost. It is explained in Meta's rules for campaigns.
The more autonomy, the more limits matter. These are fixed: you adjust them, you do not remove them.
It does not process payments. It prepares the order and leaves the invoice ready; payment goes through your usual process.
It only applies the ones you set up as rules. Beyond that, it asks before committing to anything.
Every action with a real effect is logged with its result. You see it as business history, not as a technical log.
If it is not sure of its answer, it hands over to a person. At this level that is mandatory, not optional.
Handovers land in the shared inbox with the whole conversation and what the agent has already done. The person takes it from there and can hand it back.
See the shared inboxAn agent that takes actions is measured by what it did, not by how many messages it answered.
How many times it booked, quoted, reserved stock or recorded an order.
When it chose to ask rather than risk an answer. If this goes up, information is missing.
How many operations exceeded your threshold and went through a person.
What it quoted and what it closed, in your currency, so you know what it is bringing in.
And for every action, a readable history: what it did, when and what happened next.
It is the same product that serves our website. Ask it for a quote for a large amount and watch how it tells you a person will confirm it, instead of committing.
Tell it what you need and how much: see how it builds the quote, with terms and validity.
Ask for something big and notice how it passes it on for human confirmation instead of promising.
It transcribes, understands and replies with voice. The call is a real conversation.
You will see the handover to WhatsApp, exactly as your customer would.
It knows our prices and our product because it is connected to the same information we use with customers. With yours loaded, it would do the same for your business.
